Approached executives receive an anonymous brief; your name is disclosed only after the qualification interview. An NDA is signed on request, before the briefing.
No executive approached and no confidential mandate is ever named on social media or on this site.
Every finalist is met and assessed by Florian Beurtey against the role scorecard, with a 17-page personality assessment.
Four onboarding interviews, on day 7, 30, 60 and 90, with the hired executive and their manager.
3 months, extendable to 6: if the executive leaves or the probation period is ended, the search restarts with no new fee.

What is Volta Executive?
A Paris-based executive search boutique (58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris) specialising in the energy industry, founded by Florian Beurtey. Its core business is energy recovery: waste-to-energy plants, SRF, biomass, cogeneration, incineration and district heating networks, from shift manager to site director. The firm follows every integration for 90 days; 96% success rate across 120 missions analysed between 2023 and 2025, Volta Executive and previous firms.
Where is the firm located?
At 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, in the 8th arrondissement. Mandates cover all of France: site and plant directors, operations directors, managing directors in industry and energy.
Why entrust the hiring of an industrial executive to an engineer?
Because a site director is judged on technical matters: safety, maintenance, industrial performance, investments. Florian Beurtey worked on an EDF nuclear generation site and in a Safran plant, in continuous improvement. He assesses every finalist against the role scorecard, with questions from the field.
How many people work on my mandate?
The founder leads every mandate, from scoping to onboarding follow-up. On multi-role assignments, partner consultants join him: a dedicated project team within 48 hours, with a single point of contact.
What sets Volta Executive apart?
The mandate is exclusive and led by the founder, through direct and confidential search, with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request. No executive approached and no confidential mandate is ever named on social media or on this site. Every finalist is assessed by an engineer who worked ten years in industry. The hired executive is followed for 90 days, with a 3-month replacement guarantee, extendable to 6.
What are the firm's terms?
25% of the hired executive's annual gross package for one position, 23% per position from two similar positions entrusted together. Payment: one-third deposit at launch, deducted from the final invoice, balance on signature of the offer letter. The mandate is exclusive. Shortlist within 10 days, hire within 3 weeks.
