What you do,in practice

  1. Maintain continuity of service

    The public and industrial sites you maintain must not stop. On an island, a breakdown is paid for immediately and reinforcements do not come from far away. You answer for responsiveness, on the spot.

  2. Drive safety

    The safety culture starts with you and runs down to the project managers and the field. On sensitive installations, it is what keeps the contracts.

  3. Steer maintenance

    Maintenance brings in roughly as much works revenue as it is worth itself. You steer it as the foundation of the business.

  4. Relaunch the industrial side

    The team is more service-sector than industrial. One project manager carries the industrial side, and the relaunch rests largely on your low-voltage expertise.

  5. Retain the teams

    You rely on the service-sector activity manager already in place, you develop the project managers, and you give the technicians reasons to stay on the island.

  6. Sustain growth

    Activity has grown markedly in a year and the territory is launching major infrastructure projects. You hold the announced trajectory and prepare the company to take its share.

  7. Manage like a company head

    Budget built, approved and then delivered, cost-centre tracking, CSR. Rents, vehicles, tooling: you know what each line costs, because it is your company that pays for it.

Vous prenez la direction complète d'une entreprise d'électricité qui maintient des installations sensibles et réalise des travaux, pour une clientèle publique et industrielle. Sur l'île, vous êtes le seul responsable de l'entreprise : sécurité, équipes, budget, développement. Votre hiérarchie n'est pas sur place. Vous savez ce que coûte chaque ligne (loyers, véhicules, outillage), parce que c'est votre entreprise qui la paie.

L'activité a nettement grossi d'une année sur l'autre, et le territoire lance de grands projets d'équipement, en tertiaire comme en industrie.
