The role,unfiltered

Your place

A clear place,at the right level

The role is vacant: today, everything goes up to site management. You put a layer of management back between it and the team.

The position is vacant and the team has seen departures: it needs to be put back on its feet. Supply is tight, priorities are reshuffled every week and the client has to be kept informed. Changes during a project, long given away, now go through change orders. Benefits are modest: the pay is in the fixed salary. And the job is on site, remote work stays occasional.
